Concept project
Solace Skin — Premium skincare ecommerce
A skincare concept where the second purchase matters more than the first
An ecommerce design, email automation and paid social concept for a premium skincare brand built around repeat purchase.
Established business · Concept project — created to demonstrate our approach. Not a real client engagement.

The challenge.
Skincare acquisition is expensive and crowded. Brands buy a first order at a loss, then lose the customer because nothing follows the delivery except a discount code.
Strategic insight.
Retention is a design problem, not a discount problem. If the routine is explained after purchase as carefully as the product was sold before it, the second order does not need buying.
What Wonder505 created.
- 01An ecommerce design concept with routine-led navigation rather than product-type grids.
- 02Post-purchase email automation covering use, timing and what to expect.
- 03A replenishment flow timed to the product, not the calendar month.
- 04Paid social creative focused on routine and texture instead of before-and-after claims.
Services delivered.
- Ecommerce design
- Email automation
- Meta Ads
Design and execution.
Navigation
Shop by routine and concern, with individual products reachable but not the front door.
Automation
A small number of well-written emails, each with a job, replacing a broadcast calendar.
Claims
No results imagery, no efficacy promises. The creative sells the ritual and the formulation.
Concept visuals.
Illustrative mockups created by Wonder505 for this concept. No real client material is shown.

Illustrative outcomes.
What this approach is designed to achieve. These are intentions, not measured results.
- A purchase path organised around routines rather than SKUs.
- A post-purchase sequence that earns the second order.
- Advertising that avoids efficacy claims and regulatory risk.
- Automation the team can maintain without a specialist.
Illustrative project perspective.
Most skincare brands over-invest in acquisition and under-invest in the fortnight after delivery. The concept moves the effort to where the margin actually is.
