Health platforms have to earn confidence from clinicians and comfort from patients, usually on the same page. Feature lists satisfy neither, and regulatory caution makes the copy vague.
Strategic insight.
Trust is built by specificity. Saying exactly what the platform does, who handles the data and what happens next is more persuasive than any reassurance language.
