Concept project

GatherloopEvents and community platform

A community platform concept with a brand people want to be seen using

A brand identity direction, website and growth campaign concept for an events and community platform.

Startup · Concept project — created to demonstrate our approach. Not a real client engagement.

Concept website design for a fictional events and community platform

The challenge.

Community products live or die on organisers. Generic platform branding gives an organiser nothing to be proud of, and growth campaigns that chase attendees miss the person who actually creates the supply.

Strategic insight.

Design for the organiser. Every event page is an advertisement for the platform, so the identity has to look good in someone else's hands.

What Wonder505 created.

  1. 01A brand identity direction built to sit behind other people's events.
  2. 02A website concept leading with organiser tools and social proof of hosting.
  3. 03Event page templates that remain distinctive when customised.
  4. 04A growth campaign framework targeting organisers first, attendees second.

Design and execution.

Identity

A restrained system with strong structure and one accent, so it frames event photography rather than fighting it.

Templates

Customisation limited to the choices that matter, so every page stays legible.

Growth

Organiser acquisition treated as the primary campaign, with attendee reach as its by-product.

Concept visuals.

Illustrative outcomes.

What this approach is designed to achieve. These are intentions, not measured results.

  • An identity organisers are willing to put their name beside.
  • Event pages that stay coherent after customisation.
  • Growth effort aimed at the constrained side of the marketplace.
  • A platform brand present without being intrusive.

Illustrative project perspective.

Marketplace brands are worn by their supply side. If organisers are not proud of the page, no amount of attendee advertising fixes it.
